Monetary unit of Indonesia is the rupee which is equal to 100 senes. Coins are manufactured by nominal value 25, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 rupees. Thanks to coin inflation in a senes are not manufactured.

Now in Indonesia in circulation there are two series of coins: 1991-1998 - bimetallic coins and coins from bronze with aluminium and 1999 from the facilitated aluminium.
