Kingdom Morocco Monetary unit is the dirham which consists of 100 centimes. At the cash circulation there are coins in nominal value 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 centimes and 1/2, 1, 5, 10 dirhams.

On obverses of all Moroccan coins the State Emblem of the kingdom representing the crowned board with the plotting of a rising sun and a pentagram is represented, as chargers two lions act. As to reverses they differ with the rapped out plotting, for example, on a coin of denomination 1 centime the digital designation of nominal value in the Arabian ligature is seated.

For the Moroccan coins of the sample of 2002 characteristicly big variety of materials of manufacturing, in particular, the coin in nominal value 1 centime is executed from aluminium, 5, 10 and 20 centimes - from aluminium bronze, 1/2 dirhams and 1 dirham - from a Copper-Nickel, and 5 and 10 dirhams in general bimetallic.
