Lawful legal tender in territory of Syria is the Syrian pound. Outwardly paper denominations of Syria represent big enough tickets in the sizes. As a rule, national notes do not leave the circulation until they do not become absolutely unsuitable for use, therefore local money represents shabby enough and ordinary-looking denominations.
